Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. The refund amount is 95% of the order value with shipping charges to be born by the customer.
All product return requests needs to be done at biz@motofork.com. The return label will be provided on email. For products orders with a wrong specification or part number, the return policy is not valid.
